The squad of players called upon by Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso for the club’s next outing has been unveiled online.
And it features a pair of fresh omissions, in the form of Dani Carvajal, and Andriy Lunin.
Owing to respective suspension and injury, the two Blancos stars have joined David Alaba and Antonio Rüdiger on the list of absentees to face Valencia.
Real Madrid are of course primed to return to action on Saturday evening.
Fresh off putting arch rivals Barcelona to the sword by two goals to one last weekend, Los Merengues will welcome the aforementioned Valencia to Spain’s capital, for a La Liga clash.
Alonso’s side head into the matchup brimming with confidence, sitting five points clear atop the table with nine wins from ten to their names.
Valencia, on the other hand, have endured a more trying time of things of late, without a win in any of their last five league outings.
