Udinese have tonight announced the signing of French defender Brandon Soppy from Stade Rennais, with the 19-year-old signing a five year deal with the Friulians.
The French youth international, who made nine Ligue 1 appearances last season, will wear the number 93 shirt with the Italian club.
The 19-year-old, predominantly a right-back, is the latest in a string of Rennes players set to leave the club according to Ouest-France, with James Léa-Siliki flying out to England to complete a move to Nottingham Forest, Rafik Guitane being sold to Reims, and Faitout Maouassa set to leave for Brugge.
