OGC Nice will be without key midfielder Hicham Boudaoui for the Côte d’Azur derby against AS Monaco on Sunday afternoon.
The Algeria international is suffering from a back injury and is therefore expected to miss the encounter. There are plenty of other Nice players who are touch-and-go. Kevin Carlos is struggling with an ankle issue and is also expected to miss out, whilst there are question marks over the participation of Mohamed-Ali Cho and Tiago Gouveia.
The latter two, however, are expected to be in the squad, even if they are not ready to start the encounter. Le Gym remain without Melvin Bard, Mohamed Abdelmonem, Moise Bombito, and Youssouf Ndayishimiye, too. Maxime Dupé, meanwhile, is expected to retain his place in goal, ahead of Yehvann Diouf.
