According to Le Progres, Olympique Lyonnais will be without forward Afonso Moreira against Nice on Sunday at 20:45, while Roman Iaremtchouk and Corentin Tolisso are available.

Moreira sustained a hamstring problem at Nantes. Paulo Fonseca said the striker should be back the following Sunday for the trip to Strasbourg. Lyon’s line-up planning remains disrupted.

Fonseca added that Iaremtchouk is in good shape and could start, although he will decide closer to kick-off. With no natural wide players available, he suggested the attack may skew younger and that solutions are being worked on. He said the team will be ready.

Ruben Kluivert and Nicolas Tagliafico are scheduled to return next week. Malick Fofana and Ernest Nuamah are to follow, possibly after Marseille. Orel Mangala is also due to rejoin full training next week.

The Nice fixture arrives at a crossroads for Lyon, a test to clear before they begin to regain key options.
