Malick Fofana would be keen to stay at Lyon for another season if they reach the Champions League, according to Get French Football News.
They host Fenerbahçe on Wednesday in the play-offs second leg, the tie level after a 1-1 draw in Türkiye. Defeat would drop Lyon into the Europa League group stage.

The 21-year-old Belgium international winger is said to have made his position clear with nine days left in the summer transfer window.
Fofana scored on Saturday as Lyon beat Toulouse 2-0, with Paulo Fonseca rotating heavily ahead of the rematch.
The report adds that he would consider a departure at the end of the season.
