According to Glorioso 1904, Olympiacos are interested in signing Bruma, but the Benfica winger is currently carrying a muscle injury that could complicate a move.

The 31-year-old joined Benfica in January 2025 for €6.5 million and never truly stood out at the Luz. He missed almost all of last season after rupturing his Achilles tendon in the most recent Eusébio Cup.

Olympiacos want to buy his registration. Bruma has already played for the Athens club and was a Greek champion in 2020/21. The Greek side also have several figures linked to Portuguese football, including Chiquinho, Jota Silva, Gelson Martins and Mehdi Taremi.

The current muscle problem is seen as the main hurdle to any imminent transfer. Benfica intend to sell the experienced winger, who is not in the plans for this season, and their medical team are working to speed up his recovery.

In 2025/26, Bruma, valued at €3 million, has featured only three times for Benfica since returning from the Achilles injury. He recorded no direct goal contribution in his 19 minutes on the pitch.
