According to The Athletic, Tottenham have finalised a deal for Manchester City forward Omar Marmoush, who has been permitted to undergo a medical. The move is a loan with a €58 million obligation to buy, plus about €12 million in add-ons.

The 27-year-old has agreed a four-year contract to 2030, with an option for a further year. He said farewell to his City team-mates on Wednesday.

Eintracht Frankfurt do not hold a sell-on clause. Marmoush follows former City colleague Savinho, whose arrival was officially announced by Roberto De Zerbi’s side on Tuesday.

He made 62 appearances for the Sky Blues, scoring 16 goals and providing six assists. The winger leaves after only one year and six months at City.

Spurs continue a window worth more than €400 million, having added Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes, Jan Paul Van Hecke and Savinho.
