La Liga outfit Osasuna have today been afforded some altogether positive news on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that David García has returned to training alongside the rest of Jagoba Arrasate’s squad.
Defender García, for his part, was a notable absentee from Osasuna training on Wednesday.
This came after the 30-year-old picked up an injury problem earlier in the week, understood to have come about owing to a heavy blow to his left thigh.
García was in turn put through an individualised training session on Wednesday, to ensure that the problem was not made worse.
And, evidently, as much proved a success.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo, the central defender was back in the thick of things in group activities with the rest of Osasuna’s squad this afternoon.
García will therefore be available to feature from the off when Los Rojillos mark their return to action on Monday, April 15th, in a La Liga meeting with Valencia.
