Palmeiras received R$ 24.6m from Fictor before termination, balance tied to judicial recovery | OneFootball

Palmeiras banked R$ 24,666,666.59 net from Fictor during their sponsorship, with the remaining amount now tied to the group's judicial recovery.

According to Nosso Palestra, the partnership started in March 2025 under a three-year deal, R$ 25 million fixed plus R$ five million in bonuses per season, with an option for a further year.

It ended on 2 February 2026 when the club terminated citing breach of contract and Fictor's recovery filing, and said it was studying legal steps.

In the recovery case, Palmeiras is listed as a creditor, with an initial filing showing roughly R$ 2.6 million tied to January 2026, the unpaid portion now handled collectively.

Fictor sought recovery in February 2026 declaring about R$ 4.2 billion in debts across Fictor Holding and Fictor Invest. In April, a São Paulo court accepted the case under Law 11.101/2005.

The plan, submitted in June 2026, is due to go to a creditors' meeting in October. Creditors may object, and if approved and homologated, it will set payment terms.

For Palmeiras, any receipt now depends on the plan's conditions and timetable once approved by the court. The process turns an individual claim into a collective negotiation.

The group's crisis surfaced after its attempted purchase of Banco Master in November 2025. The Central Bank later ordered the bank's extrajudicial liquidation, and Fictor said the fallout hurt operations.
