CONMEBOL has set dates and kick-off times for the 2026 Libertadores quarter-final between Palmeiras and LDU. The first leg is scheduled for Nubank Parque on nine September and could be staged with reduced capacity because of other events at the venue.
According to Nosso Palestra, WTorre and Palmeiras are reviewing all scenarios. The LDU tie is likely to be played with reduced capacity.
Maroon 5 play the stadium the day before, with Jamiroquai booked for 13 September. Because of the staging required for both shows, a full teardown is not viable in the time available, so capacity would need to be limited for the LDU fixture.
The Palmeiras match against São Paulo, expected to be set for 12 September but not yet dated, would also be affected. The Choque-rei is likewise expected to be held at Nubank Parque with reduced capacity.
First leg, Nubank Parque, Wednesday nine September, 19:00 Brasília time. Second leg, Estádio Rodrigo Paz Delgado, Wednesday 16 September, 19:00 Brasília time.
Paramount+ will broadcast the matches.
