Pape Matar Sarr has reportedly signed his Juventus contract, and the Tottenham loanee has even chosen his shirt number at the Allianz Stadium.

After missing out on a move for Franck Kessie in this transfer window, the Bianconeri quickly turned their attention towards Sarr. The midfielder had been made available for transfer by Tottenham, with Roberto de Zerbi certain that he would not need him and believing he has enough options for his bench.

The Bianconeri were keen to add another midfielder to their squad during this transfer window, and they knew they had to make it happen if they wanted to maintain a balanced squad.

Sarr is the player they have managed to add to their squad, and the Senegal star will now look to demonstrate his worth at the club.

Sarr completes Juventus move

Sarr appears to have passed his medical and other checks and has now signed his contract with Juventus. As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the midfielder will wear the number 29 shirt in Turin.

The move allows Sarr to establish himself at one of the biggest clubs in Italy after Tottenham made him available for a move. Juventus will hope that his arrival strengthens an area of the squad they identified as needing reinforcement.

Bianconeri strengthen midfield
