"We should be fine," said Peter Lowy, speaking to BBC Radio Leeds about Leeds United's PSR position.

Lowy sits on the board and is a major investor. PSR remains a live issue across the league, with Leeds seeking to strengthen their Premier League standing.

"As Paraag Marathe said, we will maximise what we can do to the best on the pitch."

Last summer, Leeds spent approximately £100m on signings. The recruitment focused on players over the age of 25, either in or approaching their prime.

"You always have to be working and managing PSR on both sides of the fence, both when you buy and when you sell," Lowy said. Those principles will inform summer business.

With plans to expand Elland Road and compete in the top flight, financial health remains a priority.
