Inter picked up a routine 3-0 victory over Slavia Prague to maintain their winning start to their Champions League campaign, with solid performances from the likes of Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram, Denzel Dumfries, Hakan Calhanoglu and Alessandro Bastoni.

The Nerazzurri hit two goals within four minutes midway through the first half, with Lautaro and Dumfries applying the finishing touches, and then claimed their third of the night midway through the second half, again through captain Lautaro.

Coach: Cristian Chivu 6.5 – To put it simply: He got the job done. Inter were the strong favourites before kick-off, and were hardly threatened at all in San Siro. They came out attacking, in search of an early goal, and eventually got two in four minutes midway through the first half. It was also a good opportunity for Chivu to rest and rotate some of the key players in his starting line-up.

Slavia ratings: Stanek 4; Vlcek 5, Chaloupek 5.5, Zima 6, Hashioka 5; Dorley 6, Zafeiris 5, Sadilek 5; Doudera 5, Kusej 5, Provod 5.5.
