São Paulo's Military Police took four Corinthians supporters and five from Rosario Central to the Jecrim, the on-site special criminal court at Neo Química Arena, after disorder at full time on Thursday.

According to Globo.com, Argentinian supporters became involved in a confrontation with officers after Corinthians secured a place in the Conmebol Libertadores quarter-finals.

Four Corinthians fans were taken for provoking rival supporters amid heated scenes.

Breno Bidon struck 34 minutes into the second half to seal a 1-0 win over Rosario Central, setting up a quarter-final against the Argentinian side Estudiantes.

Fernando Diniz's team are back in action on Sunday at 19:30 Brasília time against Coritiba at Couto Pereira, in round 24 of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
