Porto close to loan for Souza from Tottenham | OneFootball

The move would run until the end of the season with no loan fee, and there would be no option to buy. Agreement with the player is already in place.

Porto have tracked the defender for some time and have now accelerated their push, with Zaidu sidelined for two months.

Souza came through the youth ranks at Santos, where he first attracted Porto’s attention.

Last season he drew interest from Tottenham, who signed him for €15 million. His time in England has been difficult, with only four appearances, two of them starts.
