Luis Enrique boosted by return of Ousmane Dembele after three weeks out
Ousmane Dembele is set to start on the bench for Paris Saint-Germain in their Champions League showdown with Tottenham.
The Ballon d’Or winner has not played since suffering a hamstring injury against Bayern Munich on November 4.
Dembele is back in training but PSG will be cautious with his return and the France forward is expected to be named as a substitute against Spurs.
"He trained well," PSG boss Luis Enrique said of Dembele at his pre-match press conference on Tuesday. "We'll see tomorrow. If there's no problem, he'll be in the squad.
"Every time there's a return of an injured player, it's difficult to manage that. We're of course more attentive than usual."
With Dembele not yet ready to start and Desire Doue also out with a thigh strain, Enrique is set to get creative up front and Kvara Kvaratskhelia is expected to lead the line as a false nine.
Kvaratskhelia is set to be flanked by Bradley Barcola and Lee Kang-in on the wings.
PSG will go with their trusted midfield trio of Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha and Joao Neves.
In defence, Marquinhos is in line for his 500th appearance for PSG.
Achraf Hakimi is still out with an ankle injury so Warren Zaire-Emery is set to start at right-back.
PSG predicted XI: Chevalier; Nuno Mendes, Pacho, Marquinhos, Zaire-Emery; Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha, Joao Neves; Barcola, Kvaratskhelia, Lee
