Rabby Nzingoula is set to leave Strasbourg for West Bromwich Albion after an agreement between the clubs, with the 20-year-old to move to England, according to L'Équipe.
The midfielder will make the first permanent transfer of his career, departing his boyhood club with one year left on his contract.

He spent the second half of last season on a six-month loan at Nuremberg in the German second tier, where he made 15 appearances.
He is set to sign a three-year deal with an option for a further season.
The Championship side were keen on the France Under-20 international’s profile.
