Ramazani joins Burnley on loan with obligation to buy | OneFootball

The Ramazani saga is over, Burnley have signed Largie Ramazani on a season-long loan from Leeds United with an obligation to buy next summer, according to Superdeporte.

Valencia had the Belgian winger near the top of their attacking shortlist, but believed Leeds would reduce their demands. The Yorkshire club wanted at least five million for an immediate sale, or a loan with an obligatory purchase at a slightly higher price, and the latter route has been taken.

Ramazani has already been pictured in Burnley colours.

In January he was close to leaving Valencia, only to stay late in the window. He then chipped in with goals and more starts than expected after the club had shown him the door.

Although he finished the season back on the fringes, he remained a useful impact option. That encouraged Corberán to look favourably again at a summer move to Valencia, but each approach fell well short of Leeds United’s terms.
