Randal Kolo Muani ‘to return’ for Juventus Turin after the international break | OneFootball

Tuttosport.com reports that Randal Kolo Muani underwent surgery on a fractured finger on Monday and should be able to return for Juventus Turin when Serie A resumes after the international window on 11 October.

The French forward sustained the injury during Sunday’s 2-0 win over Atalanta Bergame. He led the line and was withdrawn in the 89th minute, with defender Lloyd Kelly coming on.

The timing is favourable, as he was not included in Zinédine Zidane’s first France squad, which assembled on Monday. The international, with 32 caps and nine goals, now has about two weeks to recover.

The report added he could be involved away to Cagliari, which is Juventus Turin’s first fixture after the break.

The Old Lady are already without Kenan Yildiz, Khephren Thuram, Manuel Locatelli and Polish goalkeeper Kamil Grabara.
