RB Leipzig are exploring a move to re-sign Christopher Nkunku from AC Milan as they seek attacking reinforcements late in the window.
Transfermarkt reports that Leipzig are assessing a return for their former forward. Sky has also reported concrete interest, while Italian media have likewise noted the possibility.
Nkunku left Leipzig for Chelsea in 2023 for around €60 million, then switched to Milan last summer for an initial €37 million.
Transfermarkt states Milan want about €35 million to sell, which would make any reunion markedly cheaper than the €60 million Leipzig received in 2023.
The 28-year-old posted 11 goal contributions in 35 appearances for Milan last season. Any deal would still represent a sizeable outlay for Leipzig.
