RB Salzburg winger set for NEC Nijmegen switch | OneFootball

VI are reporting that NEC Nijmegen are on the verge of bringing in RB Salzburg winger Clement Bischoff. The 20-year-old Danish winger will be loaned to last seasons Eredivisie surprise package with an option to buy included as part of the deal. For NEC Nijmegen, they have targeted the RB Leipzig youngster as the replacement for Basar Önal, with Lille having offered NEC a record fee for one of their star men.

Bischoff only joined RB Salzburg in 2025 from Danish side Bronby, where he had played 55 games and scored three goals, while also providing nine assists. The young Danish winger played 24 games for RB Salzburg last season, scoring twice and providing four assists.

NEC are facing a European qualification campaign next month and are strengthening their side. They have all ready brought in another winger in Emre Mor, with the former Borussia Dortmund winger being available on a free after he was released by Fenerbahçe this past summer.
