Real Madrid reconsider Endrick’s fate

Real Madrid rethink Endrick future after loan revival
Real Madrid are considering a permanent sale of Endrick after the young striker impressed on loan with Lyon this season.
Real Madrid are currently studying option that seemed unlikely only months ago, selling Endrick on permanent deal.
The 19 year-old Brazilian forward who is on loan at Lyon until the end of the season has regained form and confidence in Ligue 1 after difficult spell in Spain.
The loan move was strategic decision by Real Madrid after Endrick fell out of favor earlier in the season.
Away from the pressure of the Santiago Bernabeu, the teenager has responded quickly, bringing pace, goals and energy to Lyon’s attack.
Endrick’s displays in France have reopened internal discussions at Madrid. Club officials now believe the current situation could be ideal for sale allowing them to recover their initial investment and possibly secure financial profit.
According to reports from Spanish outlet Fichajes, several Premier League clubs are closely watching the Brazilian’s progress.
His recent goals and assists have helped raise his market value again, something he struggled to achieve during his first months in Spain.
While Endrick has impressed, his time at Lyon has also included learning moments. During a league match against Nantes, he was sent off after a VAR review although the red card was later reduced to second yellow.
Lyon coach Paulo Fonseca defended the player but stressed the need for maturity.
Fonseca explained that Endrick must understand he now attracts full attention from defenders and referees.
He also pointed out that opponents often target talented young players and called for better protection from officials.
Despite the incident, Endrick has made strong impact since arriving in January scoring three goal and providing one assist and winning Lyon’s Player of the Month award.
Real Madrid remain aware of Endrick’s talent but they do not want to stockpile young players without clear path to regular minutes.
If strong offers arrive before next season, Madrid open to selling. Internally this would be seen as smart squad management, not admission of failure.
