Real Madrid ‘to sign’ Oscar Naasei from Granada for Castilla

Real Madrid are set to sign defender Oscar Naasei from Granada, with the 21-year-old due to join Julián López de Lerma's Castilla squad, AS reports.

Oscar Naasei Oppong, 21 and from Ghana, has been on Madrid's radar for some time and was close to a move a year ago.

He chose Castilla over a first-team role at Rayo Vallecano, with Beñat San José's side in Europe.

Under Pacheta, he featured in Granada's first two league matches, against Oviedo and Mallorca.

The defender stands 185 centimetres and can operate at centre back or full back. Any move would come three years after he arrived in Granada.
