La Liga giants Real Madrid have set their sights on the signature of an up-and-coming member of the defensive ranks at Valencia.

The player in question? Yulian Mosquera.

Mosquera, for his part, is a 15-year-old defender, who generally lines out in a central role.

The Spanish youth international is widely considered to be a potential future star in the making, boasting stellar defensive and physical attributes alike.

Such talents have already seen Mosquera compared to brother Cristhian, who joined Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal last summer after his own breakthrough on the books of Valencia.

And as alluded to above, following in the footsteps of his older sibling, Mosquera has now begun to draw admiring glances from one of European football’s leading clubs.

As per a report from ESPN:

‘Real Madrid are keen to sign Yulian Mosquera, a 15-year-old defender who plays in Valencia’s youth academy.’

Los Blancos, it is added, have been keeping a close eye on the stopper’s development for some time now, ready to move forward with an offer to bring Mosquera to Spain’s capital.
