Inter Milan are reportedly desperate to tie standout performer Federico Dimarco down to a new long-term contract.
According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the San Siro giants are keen to ‘reward’ the 28-year-old for his immense contribution this season.
Federico Dimarco has rediscovered his magic touch this term.
Indeed, he has racked up a mind-blowing six goals and 15 assists in Serie A alone, emerging as the most prolific defender across Europe’s top-five leagues.
Therefore, it’s barely surprising that several top European clubs are interested in luring him away from Italy.

Dimarco’s current deal runs out in 2027.
However, Inter will do everything to extend his contract until 2030.
Indeed, the runaway Serie A leaders are ready to put an improved financial package on the table.
Aware of Dimarco’s importance to Cristian Chivu’s setup, the Nerazzurri are keen to reward the Italian wingback with a significant pay rise.
In all fairness, that’s nothing less than he deserves after having reached the levels of Hakan Calhanoglu, Nicolo Barella, and Alessandro Bastoni.
