Riyad Mahrez helped a fan after Algeria’s 1-0 win over Burkina Faso.
According to L'Équipe, the Algeria international reached out on X during the night from Sunday to Monday to support a fan who had lost belongings during the match.

Earlier that day at the Africa Cup of Nations, Mahrez was decisive as Algeria sealed last-16 qualification via a penalty.
Algeria had already beaten Sudan 3-0 in the group stage.
They will now face the Group D runners-up for a place in the quarter-finals, which will be Senegal, DR Congo or Benin.
