Azzurri manager Roberto Mancini has called up a total of 41 players for the upcoming international break, as Italy prepare to play three international fixtures over a seven-day period.
Next Wednesday will see the Azzurri face Estonia in a friendly, before hosting Poland on Sunday and travelling to Bosnia and Herzegovina the following Wednesday for their Nations League Group A matches.
Matteo Pessina of Atalanta and Milan’s Davide Calabria have received their first callups, whilst Roberto Soriano, Domenico Criscito and Pietro Pellegri all return to the national team after an extended absence.
