Rúben Neves, 28, could be on his way back to Europe as soon as next year. According to TBR Football, several Premier League clubs, including Newcastle United, Tottenham and Manchester United, are closely monitoring his situation.

The Portuguese defensive midfielder left Wolverhampton for Al-Hilal in the summer of 2023 for around €55 million. Since arriving in Saudi Arabia, he has scored 10 goals and provided 24 assists in 95 appearances across all competitions.

Under contract until next summer, Neves is considering a return to Europe, with the Premier League likely his preferred destination. There have also been reports of interest from Spain and Italy, while a move back to Portugal cannot be ruled out.
