Santos move Sereias v Flamengo from Vila Belmiro to Diadema | OneFootball

Santos have moved the Sereias' Brasileiro Feminino A-1 round 16 home match from Vila Belmiro to Diadema. Marcelo Frigerio's side will host Flamengo on Sunday 16 August at 11:00.

According to Diario Do Peixe, the internal club decision means the game will be played at the Estádio Municipal José Batista Pereira Fernandes, with live broadcast on SporTV.

Santos sit 12th on 20 points. Their campaign reads five wins, five draws and five defeats, with 18 scored and 19 conceded.

The competition features 18 teams playing each other once. After 17 rounds, the top eight advance to the quarter-finals and two sides are relegated to Série A-2. All knockout ties are two-legged.

The quarter-finals are scheduled for 30 August and 6 September, the semi-finals for 13 and 20 September, and the final for 27 September and 4 October.

Each club receives a fixed R$ 720,000 for the first phase, with R$ 20,000 added for each first-choice nationally televised match. Prize money is R$ 2 million for the champions and R$ 1 million for the runners-up.
