Sarri & Fabiani could leave Lazio this summer after a damaging campaign. According to The Laziali, a shake-up under discussion may see the sporting director depart alongside the head coach.

Lazio lost the Coppa Italia final to Inter Milan on Wednesday, ending hopes of salvaging their season. The defeat leaves them outside Europe for a second year in a row, a first in Claudio Lotito’s 22-year reign.

Sarri will meet Claudio Lotito after Sunday’s Derby della Capitale to decide whether to continue or part at season’s end. He is unlikely to resign unless he secures another job. He has been linked with Atalanta, Fiorentina, AC Milan and Napoli, who consider him first choice if Antonio Conte departs.

Fabiani has one year left on his deal, though Lotito might seek a sporting director focused on recruiting young players. Hellas Verona’s Sean Sogliano is seen as the leading candidate.
