FussballTransfers.com reports that Schalke are among the clubs pursuing free agent Krépin Diatta, with Everton, Ipswich Town and Olympique Marseille also interested.
The Senegal international winger is available after his AS Monaco deal expired on 30 June, making the 27-year-old a no-fee signing this summer.

Schalke are seeking experience in the market after seemingly missing out on Facundo Buonanotte.
It remains unclear whether Diatta could prefer the Premier League or a leading French club to a move to the Bundesliga.
Diatta has played 19 Champions League matches and has 64 caps for Senegal. At Schalke he would be a candidate for the right wing.
