Bayern Munich forward Serge Gnabry has suffered a right adductor injury ahead of a Champions League semi-final against PSG in 10 days.
The club said in a statement that the 30-year-old has a tear in the right thigh adductor, diagnosed during a medical examination, and will be unavailable for an unspecified period.
The diagnosis came four days after a 4-3 win over Real Madrid in the quarter-final second leg that sealed Bayern's place in the last four. Gnabry went off around the hour and was replaced by Jamal Musiala.
He is now unlikely to feature in the first leg against PSG on 28 April. He has scored 10 goals in 37 games this season, and has 59 caps and 26 goals for Germany.
Depending on the severity, Gnabry could also miss the World Cup, co-hosted by Canada, the United States and Mexico from 11 June to 19 July, with Germany's 23 to 26-man squad due on 12 May.
