Juan Larios is reportedly set to leave Southampton this summer, with Marca stating he 'will leave', possibly for free.

The 22-year-old left-back joined in 2022 from Manchester City and has made just six first-team appearances.

His time on the south coast has been hampered by injuries, alongside loans with CYD Leonesa and Real Zaragoza.

He has not been part of Tonda Eckert's pre-season plans and seemingly has no future at Saints.

Larios has not played for the first team since a substitute outing in the 5-3 Carabao Cup win at Cardiff City two years ago this month.

He made five Premier League appearances in the 2022/23 relegation campaign and has not featured in the league since.

The Spaniard has turned out 16 times for the under-21s and signed a five-year deal for a fee reported at the time to be in the region of £6 million.
