Spartak Moscow and Chelsea have agreed terms over a deal for Victor Moses.
Sport-Express says everything is settled - dependent on the Nigeria international passing his medical.
Spartak coach Domenico Tedesco had pushed for a wing-back to be signed and Moses was chosen after Metz's €12m asking price for Fabien Centonze was deemed too steep.
Instead, Moses is set to join Spartak on a season-long loan with the option to sign permanently for €10m.
A return to Inter Milan was also discussed, though the Nerazzurri ran out of time when the Serie A transfer window shut on Monday.
