Destiny Udogie is set to be out for at least a month with a hamstring injury in another injury blow for Spurs and Thomas Frank.

The left-back was forced off injured in the defeat to Manchester United on Saturday and is now set for another spell on the sidelines.

“Unfortunately Destiny has a hamstring injury, he will be out for the next four to five weeks,” Frank said.

But in better news for Spurs, Djed Spence is back fit and available for the game against Newcastle United on Tuesday.

Kevin Danso remains weeks away from coming back, however. “It’s going forward but it’s still weeks before he’s available,” Frank said.

Dejan Kulusevski, meanwhile, has still yet to play this season and Frank admits he does not know whether he will play before the end of the campaign.

“Deki has got another appointment at the end of this week where we’ll know more, but of course being out of the Champions League squad is a sign it’s not tomorrow,” Frank said.

He then replied “I don’t know” when asked if he will play again this season.
