FC Bayern face a Bundesliga clash against 1. FC Heidenheim, with coach Vincent Kompany likely to rotate – also with an eye on the upcoming Champions League second leg against Paris Saint-Germain
FC Bayern have a home game against 1. FC Heidenheim coming up on Saturday. After winning the German championship, Munich’s focus is clearly on the Champions League – but it is still important to keep the tension high in the Bundesliga
With this in mind, Vincent Kompany is likely to adapt his starting eleven once again and, with an eye on the important clash against PSG, it can be assumed that some regulars will be rested and other players will get more game time
Munich go into the match as the clear favorites, but load management will play a key role, and players who have recently accumulated a lot of minutes could be given a break
Jonas Urbig is expected to start in goal again, after Manuel Neuer has already been rested and is expected to be kept fit for the upcoming tasks
In defence, Kompany could opt for a newly formed back four, with Konrad Laimer, Minjae Kim, Hiroki Ito and youngster Deniz Ofli all candidates for the starting eleven. It would be a special game for 19-year-old Ofli, as he could be about to make his starting debut
Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka are likely to start in midfield, although both have a record of four yellow cards. A further caution would mean a ban, which could also affect their selection
There could also be changes in attack, with Michael Olise set to start, while Bara Sapoko Ndiaye may get another chance in the center. The 18-year-old was given a start in Mainz
Harry Kane is likely to start in attack, supported by Nicolas Jackson, who could get some match practice again

FC Bayern: Urbig – Laimer, M.-J. Kim, H. Ito, Ofli – Kimmich, Goretzka – Olise, Sapoko Ndiaye, Jackson – Kane
1. FC Heidenheim: Ramaj – Busch, Schöppner, Mainka, Föhrenbach, Behrens – Dorsch – Beck, Dinkci – Pieringer – Zivzivadze
