Steven Gerrard is the favourite to return to the Ibrox hot seat following the sacking of manager Russell Martin.
Rangers made the decision to sack former Swansea City and Southampton boss Martin yesterday after 17 games in charge of the club in which the Glasgow side won just five times.

Gerrard's best stint as a manager came in charge of Rangers where he won the Premiership in the 2020/21 season.
After leaving the club, Gerrard went to manage Aston Villa and Saudi Arabian side Al-Ettifaq and is free to join a new club.
Rangers are currently eight in the league, 11 points behind leaders Hearts and will be looking to get back on track when they host Dundee United after the international break.
