Strasbourg host Metz in the Grand Est derby at 15:00 on Sunday, with supporter unrest over multi-ownership framing the occasion.
According to L'Équipe, it is the first match at La Meinau since Liam Rosenior left for Chelsea, a departure that a section of fans opposed to multi-ownership took badly.
Four groups have condemned the situation and planned actions, notably the deployment of banners.
The banners were presented to the media at midday on Saturday, then shown to security ahead of the match, as requested by the club since mid-September.
The slogans asserted that, under multi-ownership, Racing would never be the priority, and voiced a preference for a modest, upright Racing rather than a wealthy one on its knees.
