Stuttgart ‘not targeting’ Valladolid playmaker Chuki this summer

VfB Stuttgart are not pursuing Real Valladolid playmaker Chuki for the summer, Bild reports.

Scouts at Stuttgart have been monitoring the Segunda División and the player is already known to the club.

Inside the club there is a sense they are well covered in the number 10 role.

Bilal El-Khannouss is set to sign permanently due to a contract clause, and is expected to take the attacking midfield berth.

Nikolas Nartey has impressed in recent cameos, while Chris Führich and Deniz Undav can also be used there.

Chuki, 21, has played 30 second-tier matches this season, recording 7 goals and 7 assists.
