Stuttgart's Jovanovic linked with Red Star Belgrade comeback

Mozzart Sport reports that Lazar Jovanovic is set to return to Red Star Belgrade on loan for the rest of the 2025-26 season.

It adds that Stuttgart and his former club have agreed the temporary move.

The 19-year-old joined the Swabian side from Red Star last summer with high expectations for around €five million.

He has struggled to break into Sebastian Hoeneß' plans, so the winger is now expected to gain minutes in Serbia.

The Serbian champions are understood to have secured a larger share of any future sale, estimated at around 20 percent.
