Sunderland outline new three-tier membership, ballot access and key ticket rules explained | OneFootball

Sunderland have unveiled a three-tier membership for 2026/27, on sale from 10am on Tuesday.

According to Sunderland Echo, Season Ticket Plus is £20 per season and adds an away ballot, exclusive content, offers, in-store events, mascot access for ages six to 12 and rewards. Black Cats Adult is £48 per season with a home ballot, the waiting list and similar perks. Black Cats Academy is £30 per season for the first child, £20 thereafter, mirroring Adult plus the mascot ballot. A new app will host extra content later this summer.

Season ticket holders keep all current rights, including forwarding to supporters with a purchase history. The £20 add-on is optional for away ballot access.

Non-members can buy home tickets only after members. With last season’s demand and another season-ticket sell-out, most seats are likely to go in the ballot.

One membership equals one ticket, so groups will need matching memberships. The balloting process is still to be confirmed closer to the season.

Away ballots are not available to non-season ticket holders, they are reserved for Season Ticket Plus. The waiting list has been reset, and from 10am on Tuesday you will need membership to join, with your place held while you remain a member.

Black Cats Points is unchanged, though 10% of each away allocation will be kept for the ballot. High-point holders still have priority on the rest, but there will be fewer tickets via points alone.
