Take Kubo has joined Japan for three friendlies, starting Thursday at 12:05 against Uruguay at Miyagi Stadium. He arrived after a long flight, then completed the first full session. According to Diario Vasco, he joked that coming here means he can play.

This season he has started only three times for Real Sociedad, against Betis on the opening weekend, at the Bernabéu and versus Celta at Anoeta, playing 58', 74' and 61'.
