Tetê to undergo tests after groin discomfort in Grêmio 1-1 at Mirassol

Tetê felt groin discomfort during Grêmio's 1-1 draw at Mirassol in the Copa do Brasil last 16.

According to Globo.com, the forward will undergo medical tests on Monday in Porto Alegre.

He created the equaliser for Amuzu five minutes into the second half, then was replaced by Jovane Cabral on 16 minutes of the half.

He said the issue began in the first half, he carried on after half-time, then after about 15 minutes asked to come off, adding they would see what happens.

Grêmio also introduced Braithwaite for Carlos Vinicius and Enamorado for Amuzu, with coach Luís Castro not using all five substitutions available.

Grêmio host the second leg at the Arena on Wednesday from 19:30, and a simple win over Mirassol will take the Tricolor through. Tetê's fitness is a concern for that match.
