Tetê’s Panathinaikos salary and contract as Grêmio plan bid | OneFootball

According to Gremistas.net, Luis Castro’s arrival in Brazil has set Grêmio’s 2026 recruitment in motion, and 25-year-old forward Tetê, now at Panathinaikos, has his approval. The club intends to lodge an official offer to try to sign him.

Tetê joined the Greek side in July 2024 in a deal worth about €4.8 million, roughly R$ 26 million. His contract runs until June 2028.

Panathinaikos made him the highest earner in their current squad. His monthly wage is more than R$ 1.5 million, taxes included.

Grêmio view Tetê as a replacement for youngster Alysson, sold to Aston Villa in England in recent weeks.

In the coming days, club officials will speak with the player and his representative to define the structure and value of the bid that will go to Panathinaikos.

This season, Tetê has made 27 appearances and scored two goals.
