On Thursday, Corinthians were handed a boost as Thaís Regina and Juliana Passari trained with the squad under managed workloads, moving closer to a full return before the derby with Palmeiras.

According to Meu Timao, Emily Lima oversaw a strength block in the CT Joaquim Grava gym. On-pitch work covered back-line shape, passing, attacking transitions and finishing, followed by a video session for tactical adjustments.

Thaís Regina has been in the treatment room since January, when she fractured the fibula in her left ankle during training and required surgery. She missed the Copa das Campeãs in London and has yet to play this season.

Juliana Passari sustained a right thigh muscle injury in early April and was also sidelined. She has not featured since November last year, including periods when she was fit.

Corinthians have one more training session before Saturday's derby. At 11:00, the clubs meet in the third phase of the Copa do Brasil at Nubank Parque.
