Chivas Femenil has turned Estadio AKRON into a ground where they set the tone. In the Clausura 2026, their perfect home record is no coincidence—it’s the continuation of a run that began last semester and confirms the team’s gritty identity, always dominant and decisive on their own turf.
The Rojiblancas have gone 9 regular-season matches without a loss, recording 8 wins and 1 draw. The side led by Antonio Contreras has faced all kinds of opponents and different match scenarios, yet has consistently displayed a solid footballing identity. That has allowed them to defeat Atlas, León, Querétaro, Santos, Atlético San Luis, Necaxa, Pumas and Xolas, in addition to earning a draw against Puebla.
The balance between attack and defense has been key. During this stretch, the team has scored 23 goals and conceded just 7, for a +16 goal differential. They have also kept a clean sheet in 5 of those 9 matches.
“Boyi,” a difference-maker at home
The “Doctora del Gol” has been a decisive factor. Three of her four goals this tournament have come at the AKRON, coming off the bench and delivering in key moments—either to give the Rebaño the lead or to change the course of the match.
This Sunday, on Matchday 10, when El Clásico de México takes place, Guadalajara will have another opportunity to back up their current form with the unconditional support of the entire Nación Rojiblanca. In a clash where pride carries as much weight as the points, Antonio Contreras’ side will look to reaffirm the personality that keeps them in the fight for the top spots in the standings.
