FC Barcelona are set to face Real Sociedad as they return to La Liga action after two games in the Spanish Super Cup and another in the Copa del Rey, all of which were won by the Blaugranes.
For this upcoming game, the Catalans will have to undertake a trip to Anoeta, which has not proven to be an easy affair for them for quite some time now.
As a result, Hansi Flick will be looking to field a strong team for this match, to get the full three points and get a safe gap over Real Madrid on the league table.
However, the German coach will not be able to count on one of his most important players for this game, as the club announced that winger Raphinha will miss the match due to a knock to his right thigh.

The Brazilian forward was not included in the squad as a precautionary measure, confirming doubts expressed by Flick during his Saturday pre-match press conference.
The Barcelona squad list for the trip to the Basque Country includes all other first-team players, with the return of Frenkie de Jong after serving a one-match suspension against Racing Santander.
Absences currently include Gavi and Christensen, and no reserve team players were called up, leaving a total of 21 players available for the important encounter at Anoeta Stadium.
