Villarreal B are braced for three significant exits in the final stretch of the winter window as they reshape for a push towards Segunda. According to El Periódico Mediterráneo, two signings are already in and departures are expected within hours.
Colombian winger Luis Quintero will leave on a permanent deal to SCU Torreense in Portugal's second tier, having recovered from an injury that kept him out for around three months.
Víctor Moreno, a right-sided winger and one of the captains, is set to join Cultural Leonesa on loan. Villarreal already have Argentine forward Thiago Ojeda on loan at the León club.
Midfielder Curro Muñoz will also move on after arriving last summer from Salamanca CF on loan from Real Oviedo.
Incomings include young Mallorcan striker Etienne Eto’o, owned by Rayo, who arrives on loan after spending the first half of the season in Segunda with Mirandés. Spanish Moroccan forward Ayman Arguigue has also joined on loan from Huesca, having been with Teruel until January, and he made his debut last Friday against Cartagena.
Last week, contracts were renewed for centre-back Jean Ives and Catalan striker Albert García.
