Tiaguinho returns to Grêmio training after headache investigation

Tiaguinho returned to group training with Grêmio on Friday morning after about two weeks sidelined while recurrent headaches were investigated.

According to Globo.com, he continued to report to the training centre during that spell, though he did not take part in on-field work.

Grêmio have not disclosed any diagnosis following a series of tests. On 26 June it was stated that he was dealing with a persistent migraine.

He missed two friendlies, against Cascavel and Chapecoense.

With a gradual return, he is not expected to travel for Sunday’s friendly against Cruzeiro at Mané Garrincha in Brasília.

Tiaguinho, 18, is viewed as a promising prospect. He has represented youth national teams and is under contract until July 2027.
