Toulouse will play in Première Ligue next season after a 2-0 win over Thonon Évian Grand Genève on Sunday sealed promotion from Seconde Ligue.

The result, on matchday 18, confirms a return to the top flight 13 years after relegation.

They have scored 39, the league’s best attack, and conceded 11, the best defence.

Toulouse hold a 12-point advantage over Saint-Malo, 44 points to 32.
